Description

My blue trash bag was placed out last night at the curb along with recycling. The recycling was picked up, but the blue trash bag was not. It was there when I left before 6:30 a.m. this morning and it is still there when I came back home at 8 p.m. tonight. It will remain there until you pick it up. Please pick it up and provide an explanation for why it was left.
