Description

A basketball or similar sized ball is floating on aquatic plants in the middle of the preservation area, just off the shore of one of the large land areas. The photo was taken from the observation deck behind the baseball field. I see kids in the preservation area several times a week playing which I'm sure is how the ball got there. I've also seen teens smoking on the large land areas in the middle of the lake. If this is a preservation area the restrictions should be enforced. if not, then remove the prohibition signs and let everyone walk around there.
