Description

The city have ignored my block on west 28th Street between 11th & 12th Avenues for an entire day. The 1st sanitation truck came at 4.43pm and they have been sitting on 30th st & 11th ave since 9am doing nothing. Is this what we pay outrageous property taxes for?
