This is not an isolated incident. Yes, sometimes there are obstructions encountered by the driver. And sometimes somebody may be in a hurry. And unfortunately, sometimes, some people have no pride in their work.

This has been happening for at least a year at the 4300 block too, in the alley between 3rd and 4th Ave N. I finally reported it today.

Think its the no pride thing for the driver as ive cleared any possible obstructions, unless he starts dragging the can then i park in a manner that prevents him from dragging the can and get spot on service, go figure, lol, unfortunatly most people now a days want that top dollar pay but when their company demands a reasonable amount of work for that pay its too much work for them
