For future street light issues, you may wish to contact Duke Energy directly by calling 727-443-2641 or by visiting https://www.progress-energy.com/app/streetlightrepair/default.aspx. Once we report a street light outage to Duke, the corresponding work order is closed and the SeeClickFix issue will be closed automatically. In order to get follow-up updates from Duke, you would need to report the outage directly to Duke. Thank you again for your post.
