Thank you. I own 4751 2nd ave s. This is now a weekly occurrence - dumping and destruction of fence. The fence was repaired from prior damage earlier in the week and was damaged again. The overgrowth across the alley is the major contributor as vehicles with trailers swing onto my property. St Pete needs to step up enforcement and prosecution of criminals doing this.
