Description
There is a cable of some sorts attached from the light pole to a house. It is hanging down to about 5 feet off of the ground over the alley intersection. If a truck comes down the alley it will rip this line from the house and pole. Huge safety hazard. There are also various other loose lines dangling from other poles that are safety hazards.
