Area residents use the park multiple times daily and often turn their dogs loose, which is in violation of City code. Are we to be calling Code Enforcement to issue civil citations for every instance ? This would be wasteful & divisive. I attended the recent 'master plan' meeting. Why is there enough room to expand the seasonal pool, add another ball field & add a parking structure, but no room to accommodate our pets ?
