There is a stop sign at the corner of Leona and Old Quarry Loop. People do not stop at it for multiple reasons. One reason is they come down the hill too fast and do not stop...is there a way to slow people coming down the hill? Also in the morning many people speed through the bus loop in order to "beat" the red light. Is there a way to slow down traffic on the bus loop? Both of these situations are dangerous and people are going to end up getting hurt. I have counted that about 85-90% of the cars coming down Leona drive do not stop at the bottom. There is a bus stop at the bottom as well as a park where people are.
