Description

Oct. 21 2015 at 4:30 pm I saw a pedestrian step on this water meter cover and it collapsed into the hole. She WAS NOT hurt, but could have been. I retrieved the cover from the hole an attempted to secure it properly. It needs to be checked by your department to make sure it is secured. This is a high traffic sidewalk downtown. Thanks.
