Hi! Can someone in City government please point me to the appropriate procedure for petitioning the City to install a three-way stop sign? My neighbors and I feel that having one at the intersection of Pensdale and Willow would greatly improve our safety. How do I proceed to bring this issue to the City through the proper channels?
