This issue was recategorized from Illegal Dumping on Sidewalk (outside the roadway) to Illegal Dumping on Private Property.

When illegal dumping occurs on private property, the complaint is referred to the County's Code Enforcement Unit. The Code Enforcement Officer will notify the landlord and work within the ordinance code guidelines to get the area cleaned up.

This issue has been resolved and is now closed.
