A Public Works Inspector will be by to assess the situation. Please be advised that Cedar Lane is a private way. The city does not maintain private ways but will on occasion provide minimal maintenance such as filling potholes in the subsurface of the roadway, when available.

If the road is in such condition as you state that people risk injury, then it would be up to the abbutters of the way to repair the road. We will update this with our findings after the Inspector has looked at it.

Issue 1979302 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

It has been determined by the Public Works inspector that this pothole is a minor repair that will be addressed.
