In an article about the EC flooding from 7/30, it stated the following: The first report of flooding near Ellicott City was in the Chatham area west of downtown at 8:01pm.

My guess is that it had to be related to this report, but I wasn't in the Chatham area during the storm. When will this be resolved.

Yes, flooding was occurring in Chatham at that time. Our dry bed creek as well crested over the culvert headwall on our property, 3117. Water had cleared the banks on both sides of the culvert dividing North Chatham and was flowing down both sides of the roadway.
The County refuses to maintain the riprap area.
