Kelly manor condos, residents put trash at curb, 3 to 6 days before Friday their pick up day. for the last month or so. Noticeing it as I pass by. City needs to contact owner or residents of Kelly manor give them ticket. makes the street look bad, with bags of trash sitting at curb all week long!!!
