Related to ticket 1871430... issue is not with the storm drain in the street; the problem is in the back yard between 5225 and 5218. There's an open storm drain that collects water behind the houses before going back underground. The rip rap needs to be replaced, there's been erosion and the water no longer drains. It now pools behind the houses and collects mosquitoes.
