Description

Both residents received warnings a while ago about Parking on the tree lined area. They have pebbles over blacktop. I was at CONA meeting and Mr. Yost said as long as ground is covered with mulch, pebbles
,rock they Can park on it . The Yards home been like it is presently for approximately 25 years. Why are they being told not to park there .?
