Why don't you have them call me? You have my number. We were originally told this online service would relieve residents of having to make multiple calls for service requests. Don't throw it back to residents to try to chase down somebody who has an answer. Isn't that what you're supposed to do?

This tool is just another way for residents to report an issue. When you are unhappy with the results, it is best to refer you to the expert on that issue. And it is usually better for you to call so that they can talk to you at a time that is convenient for you. We are going to ask the inspector to call you as requested.
