Description
7600 5th Ave. N. appears to be empty for some time now. The bushes and other plantings on its west side are out of control. The sea grape near 5th Ave. N. is growing into 5th Ave. N. and anyone turning from 74th, 75th, or 76th St. onto 5th Ave. N. cannot see if cars are coming from Park St. N. School opens today and this overgrowth is in a school zone. This needs to be cut for traffic safety!
