Debbie - SeeClickfix is a generic app for various cities. It is not monitored on a regular basis by City of Allen. However, we do have our own app - MyAllen - available in iOS App Store and Android Play Store with specific forms to report code violations. Once submitted through the MyAllen app, an email is sent directly to the appropriate department to address the concern.
