Description

My bedroom window has no lock on it and has no screen in the window. The apt has a sugar ant infestation. They are in the bathroom living room and kitchen. The plaster in the bathtub behind the shower head is falling off everyday, every time the shower is turned on the water leaks back onto the plaster weakening it, therefore forcing it to come off. My ac has not worked in a month, and sometimes the temp in my apt reaches 90 degrees and this is even with all the windows open. I have to open up all the windows and buy a fan so that I won't have a heat stroke in my own apt. And since I have no screen in my bedroom window, I have to deal with mosquitoes and bees flying into the apt through the open window with no screen. I have brought these issues to the landlord both verbally and with a letter. None of these issues have been addressed yet. I even contacted the better business bureau to see if I could get some help with these issues. I have also noticed many other apt units without screens in the windows.
