Did the neighbor ask if they go on a lot of vacations or they work out of town. Since there is no jobs in this retirement village to stay in this town.

Appreciate your comment, but the ordinance states garbage cannot be set out at the curb any sooner than 24 hours in advance of your garbage pick up. If there are extenuating circumstances, then they need to make alternative arrangements to dispose of their garbage. Residents cannot just pick and chose whether they have to abide by a City Ordinance or not.

I didn't tell anyone to move. I just asked a question.

Why ask a question on moving if you feel like moving than move. I don't intend to move, I plan on staying here and sticking up for the people and not the busy bodies of this town.

Can I have an updated status regarding this complaint? I have had several residence call me and state they are still having a problem. Today is Tuesday, there is a large amount of garbage at curb, garbage pick up is Friday. Thanks

I had it on my list to re-check yesterday, but we were extremely busy and it did not get done. I will stop today. I try to check it weekly.

Resident spoken to and a letter was sent outlining city code in reference to garbage pick up and how long garbage can be out before pick up. We will monitor this address for a while longer before closing this issue.
