I was contacted by someone from the city 6/30 AM. She said she would report it to the appropriate department. She said it is a lock issue on the pump that controls the height of the pond. Please get this fixed soon as the mosquitos are starting to get bad and this happened once before and we had an unpredicted storm and we flooded. Thank you for your prompt attention. P.S. I know you are overwhelmed with all the complaints, but flooding should be a major concern. I know it is to me :)
