I was under the impression that the road work and redirecting of 21st Ave S. that there was going to be officers directing traffic that backs up onto 21st Ave. S. from West End Ave. Vanderbilt University informed their employees that there would be officer help at this intersection. I sat at the stop sign to turn left onto Broadway for 12 minutes today because of the traffic not letting the people at the stop sign out.
