today 6/13/2015 at 5.56pm I was outside in my garage and a car doing 70mph and they can do it came speeding down the road ran the stop sign thank god no one wasn't walking down the road or a child playing by there home I have told this man named Michael Fredrick about the speeding in this neighborhood and he does not care about it, over and over I have told this man maybe someone needs to get killed then the city might doing something about it, I don't believe that anyone came out here and did a speed test that's a lie, when I go to the city I will file a complaint against that man cause if we had speed bumps in our neighborhood it would slow down the speeding, I bet if someone killed someone in his family he would do something about it, he has a very cold heart,
