Description

my home is located at 2348 derby dr., 27610 in the longview neighbourhood, which contains high concentration of very large and tall old-growth trees. neighbour next door at 2352 has one of these in back yard which appears to be dead as it did not have any leaves at all last summer and none sprouting now. i am concerned this tree could fall on my house if high winds/tornado were to come through as last year about this time. they also have a covered car beside my house which has been there 2+ years, along with other debris, which is very unsightly. could something be done, especially the tree issue? thank you for any help offered.
