Dear Sir, The water is flowing, however, my concern is that the next heavy rain will float debris to the mouth of the opening. There is much grass, leaves, branches, and logs right next to the opening. I suggest a truck be sent down the stream from Cardinal Forest Circle and a small tractor pick-up the debris and load it on the truck for disposal. This correction should be adequate until the site is upgraded in 2016. Thank you.
