Thank you for the efforts of the City on this. That said, when will the City assess fines as this property has been a chronic offender and a result of many posts on SeeClickFix? The tenants/landlord know the rules by know and simply don't care as this is a reoccurring problem that is a repeated eyesore and is exhausting for the community to continue to have to post on this site, endure the pile of garbage over the weekend and wait until the landlord has it cleaned up days later. It is not fair to the neighbors to continue to endure this over and over, and the present solution of simply contacting the landlord does not seem to be working. As per the City code, when will the City assess fines on this property to attempt to remedy the situation?
