This same group of criminals who have been allowed to illegally occupy space in our neighborhood for months now continue to victimize the rest of us. They have no interest in any type of social services and have declined the offers from ACS staff. They are involved in narcotics trafficking and human trafficking. They vandalize public and private property and leave trash and human debris in their wake. We desperately need more law enforcement presence.

Sending ACS staff mid day, mid week is not solving the problem.
The group of criminals congregates in the park and adjacent to the museums between 8pm and 8am.
We need proactive policing to address this horrible problem.
