City staff would like to request further information. Ducks that are free to come and go are not considered pets and would not fall under City codes. In this case it would need to be handled by the Michigan DNR wildlife. If they are in an enclosed fence, unable to come and go freely then it would fall into the pet category. If possible can you send a photo or two of the enclosure and ducks?
