Officers Dozier and Kratzer are working with the Homeowners Association to get the parking lot opened to the park. They will also be enforcing the official no parking zone, but cannot enforce that which the neighbors post on their own. This is an ongoing issue, but the Southeast District officers are on it and will continue to work for a reasonable resolution.
