I walk my dog several times a day, often using the GreenRiver trail. Vagrants are a comÿmnMMB m m m n on issue on the trail and along Andover Park E. between Baker Blvd. and Strander Blvd.ll.

Sorry about my previous comment, i got side-tracked!
It would be nice if PD had the power and will to take care of it. Back in the day there were vagrancy laws. Maybe we need to return to that approach, things are totally out of control!
