Description
The traffic light for 1st Ave S. at 34th St. only turns green for 10 seconds at a time, resulting in only about 3 cars getting through before the light turns red again. There are huge traffic backups on 1st Ave. S. because of it. I personally sat through 5 rotations of the light before I finally got through, at approximately 6:20pm today, April 27, 2024.
