The SPTO customer service team has received an update that this issue has been addressed by the corresponding crew. Due to recent lack of rainfall, the lake water levels are a couple feet below normal causing the fountain to rest on the bottom and tilt to one side. The fountain has temporarily been turned off to preserve its function and will be turned back on upon sufficient water levels.
