Description
Neighbors report that the absentee owner has rented the house out, apparently short-term, to a crew of construction workers. Six or 8 men leave every morning and return each night, usually in excess of the 25 mph speed limit... so far they have not otherwise been a problem but the neighbors are concerned about ongoing short-term rentals.
