they just came back and removed the approach and carved the lawn for the forms. the excavator operator threw the sod into the void where the approach goes and stomped it in. the sod will rot leaving a void causing the cement to fail. Are they going to put gravel down? They did not across the street. pored cement on bare ground. Isn't engineering supposed to inspect the road before its finished? Not seen an inspector out once in the month this has been going on. I don't want to be told about a punch list. you can't see through cement. Get out of the office and your fancy tinted window truck and do your job. you work for the taxpayers, not Galui. Section in front of this is pitted and you allowed them to open it.
