Description

This street is a big concern for residential speeding and multiple stop sign running. We need to have speed bumps put in or more additional stop signs to slow the traffic. There is an arboretum at robinwood and Delaware and no crosswalk, Or pedestrians sign indicating that people are active in the neighborhood. Multiple times I have seen speeding, reckless driving, people passing others on the street at a high speed of rate. Pedestrians almost hit and car accidents. There is only 1 stop sign at scottwood and Delaware and 2% of people slow down or even stop for it. We need to increase the stop signs on the road. The only next stop sign is at glenwood and Delaware which allows traffic to travel at such speeds. The only sign going the other direction is the traffic light at collingwood and Delaware. There are multiple children that walk this road before and after school and there is going to be another accident involving a child. We should have a flashing signal for a crosswalk at both intersections and at least some sort of speed bump to slow traffic or more additional stop signs to help reduce the speeding for the people that actually slow for them. This is a residential neighborhood and it's very concerning the amount of incidents that happen for a speed limit of 35. I hope we can work together to resolve these areas that are need to help improve our community. Thank you!
