I have made three separate requests for the issue to be resolve and have been ignored each time. I get messages that the problem is solved. It is not, ever since they worked on the lights weeks ago, the delay is not good and we now have to wait a long time for it to change. Even at midnight with no cars on the road.

We have reported this issue numerous times and SS continues to ignore this.
