2 items both west side of the property
1- tree and bush are overgrown to the street creating a hazard exiting the driveway.
2- junk is piled around the house creating a rat problem for me. further , a stench like urine is quite noticeable around my gate area also on the west side of the offending property. either dead rats in the broken concrete and discarded lumber dumped there or the sewer line is broken.
