Description

These are the same "potholes". Many are deep, go below the re-bar (missing concrete), and have been around for years. There are so many that I can't take pictures of them all. This is on Washington Avenue between the Eastbound Office Campus Inner Loop Off-Ramp and Brevator. This is neglect, not seasonal damage.
