Description
There is a construction of 2 new homes on 48th Ave N between 1st street and 3rd street. The construction crew consistently comes in before 8am even on the weekends and disturbs city quiet hours with drilling, knocking, etc. They also throw out their personal trash at site and the wind blows it all through the neighborhood and in our lawns.
