Description

I was traveling on Birmingham Road and Hickory Flat Road on April 2nd 2024. I was in the lane of travel while the road was being repaired. I was led within a line of cars by a pilot truck, who was following a dump truck pouring water or a wet construction material onto the road. Upon exiting my car, I found what seemed to be concrete had hardened to my trim and door panels. I have had multiple personal and professional attempts at removing the material. This is causing permanent property damage to my personal vehicle. I have pictures and video of the road and damage upon request. Please reach out with further management to remediate property damage.
