Community involvement by Police is very important. However, is it really necessary to have three police cars - one parked legally, one in the middle of the driving lane and one parked in a handicapped spot necessary? These officers did not appear to be involved in anything other than chatting between themselves. I understand that they need to be able to get to their cars quickly if they do get a call, but parking in a handicapped spot should not be tolerated unless there is an emergency.
