Description
Since January, 30 Maclean Street has been spewing water onto the sidewalk. There is so much water that it is has made the sidewalk unusable. Pedestrians are forced out into the street, and around the shipping containers that have been sitting there for a month or more. It runs down the street into the storm drain, so there is a constant noise of running water, and trash collecting on the grate. Any time it rains, it starts spitting out water for several days. I think it has only been dry once since January, when we had a full week of dry weather.
This has been going on for three whole months. (See report of Jan. 11th.)

I had someone go out and look at this earlier this morning. It looks like the water is being pumped in from the building through the parking lot. I have forwarded this to our Land Use Engineer Dan Weissman for further review.
