Description

This vehicle has been illegally parked right in front of a no parking sign for two days now. The entire eastbound side of this block is no parking. But the people at this house continuously and repeatedly block the eastbound lane which St. Vincent hospital uses as a go through, and central Catholic high school school buses constantly go through here. But they are constantly forced to go around the illegally parked vehicles at this address.
