Description
Once again, this vacant lot is overgrown with weeds and plants, sidewalk and tree lawn areas are littered/blocked with fallen palm fronts and trash. The lot needs to be maintained on a regular basis rather than only when complaints are filed. This lot is not only a general eyesore but hazardous.
