Description
Driveway resurfacing reconfiguration without permit by unlicensed persons. Driveway is to large, does not leave mandated green space in front yard. Work was is being done on Good Friday, Easter Saturday to avoid detection by code enforcement. Demolition of previous driveway was done in dumpster in front of neighbors house. I asked workers to move the demolition equipment out of my front yard to the house they were working on. They refused and went to tell the neighbor Brian who came into my yard aggressively shouting that he was not going to move the truck and dumpster that he had all his permits. I looked up on the city permits site to see that there is no permit and there is no permit posted on the property. Took photos from street of the new driveway digging and equipment and posted same to this forum.
