Going on our 3rd day of no hotwater. CityTrust Building with a 100+ units no hot water and now no cold water.

"Dear Residents,

Unfortunately, I must deliver some untimely news regarding a water disruption in our residential units. We have just received information from maintenance, and I deeply regret to inform you that there will be no water available until 6:00 PM today.

Furthermore, while the cold-water supply will be restored by 6:00 PM, I must apologize once again for the inconvenience, as the hot water may not return until 10:00 AM tomorrow, March 29, 2024.

I understand the frustration and inconvenience this sudden disruption may cause. Please know that we are working diligently to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible.
