Description

There is a broken limb hanging right above the street and seems very dangerous. I drive a small car and I worry about the limbs scraping the top of it I can only imagine larger cars driving underneath. There are some orange cones underneath but the tree limb needs to be cut down for safety. This is on Westbrook Street right before the 95 overpass if you're driving toward Westbrook, just past the stroudwater neighborhood.
