It's been like a year and a half at the minimum that we report this almost daily it's an eyesore on the neighborhood and it's completely incomprehensible why the city can't do anything to stop this behavior notably they have a large driveway a garage and there's plenty of space on Bentley to park the car and yet they persist in pulling up onto their front lawn creating muddy tracks across the sidewalk etc. we've been told that the quality of life department and the city zoning and everything is being advised of this but we still see the continued repeat behavior is there anything being done or we just wasting our time and these people are just getting away with it?

You have a whole community of people who respect regulations and rules and norms and the obvious things that are supposed to be to keep our neighborhood nice and yet you have one family or one house that just keeps flagrantly flaunting their desire to ignore and continue to do this I would like to you very much ask are we mistaken in our belief that this is not supposed to be allowed on a front lawn??

In most Zoning Districts, NO FRONT YARD PARKING IS PERMITTED. However, where legal a maximum of 10-foot wide curb cut and driveway is permitted.
And that address is legal for that.
